San Francisco Police Community Foundation
Working to improve the quality of life for all San Francisco Police Officers.
The San Francisco Police Community Foundation (SFPCF) is a 501(c)3 benevolent organization dedicated to supporting the San Francisco Police Department, while helping to strengthen the connectivity between officers and the broader communities that they serve.
The San Francisco Police Community Foundation (SFPCF) brings together leaders from San Francisco’s business, nonprofit, and neighborhood communities to direct privately raised resources toward public safety.
These investments enhance officers’ quality of life, provide innovative tools and equipment, and support community programs that strengthen trust between residents and law enforcement. Through this work, the Foundation advances public safety across San Francisco and fosters lasting partnerships between the community and the police.

Creating trust through example, the SFPCF is governed by an independent and diverse civilian Board of Directors, which oversees an equitable grantmaking and distribution process to meet the day-to-day needs of police officers and empower meaningful moments of community-police connection. Grant proposals will be developed by the San Francisco Police Department and community organizations for new projects, resources, programs, events, and activations.
Meet Our BoardSan Francisco stands tall as a vibrant city of diversity and respect for all, a beacon of progress for the world, and consistently puts a premium on service to the community. Likewise, its police officers are held to the highest standards of selflessness and humanity. Often San Francisco police officers willingly reach into their own pockets for worthy causes like holiday toy drives; and volunteer their precious time at charitable events like the Special Olympics. Additionally, officers routinely spend their hard-earned money to buy extra tools that help them better serve their community. In appreciation of the selfless efforts of San Francisco police officers, we hope that you will join the SFPCF to support officers and our community directly.
